Our mission is to inspire creativity and excellence.
The Jostens National Yearbook Workshop brings this vision to life. This unique yearbook workshop features a renowned award-winning staff, specialty tracks and staff planning sessions designed to meet your individual staff needs.
In addition, this workshop offers one-on-one sessions with our talented artists and technology gurus.
Use the resources below to supplement a conversation with your administration about attending the workshop.
Your staff will be assigned to Staff Planning track that provides space and instructors to help you develop your 2027 concept and plan. During the Learning Tracks, participants choose specialty tracks that focus on specific areas of yearbook production. Depending on your years of experience, editorial experience or area of interest, you’ll choose one of the tracks below.
We also encourage NEW ADVISERS with zero yearbook experience to register for Adviser 101 and EXPERIENCED ADVISERS to register for Adviser 201. If you’re attending without students, you will remain in your chosen Adviser track the entire workshop. If you’re attending with students, you will attend Adviser track sessions during Learning Track time, and you’ll meet with your staff during Staff Planning time.

STUDENT WORKSHOP RELEASE FORM - DUE JULY 1
All students are required to submit a release form signed by the student and a parent/guardian.
Students cannot attend the workshop until the signed release form and payment have been received. Completed forms are due JULY 1.
